HEEYAH! It's a starfish that lies on the ground, so it's speedy, like a shooting star. It's also got some respectable Special, but of course, bad movepool. There's a couple good moves scattered throughout, but your only STAB will be Water Gun for a while, so it's probably best to stone. Otherwise, learns basic Water moves, including a few extras, which is very useful. But all the moves you need are TM, so just evolve.
